How many CE hours do Georgia real estate agents need?

Georgia agents are required to complete 36 hours of continuing education every 4 years, with at least 3 of those hours covering license law. Our 3-hour course can count toward your general elective CE requirement.

Is this course approved by GREC?

Yes. We are an officially GREC-approved Continuing Education school - School #6915, Real Estate Academy of America. All credits are reported to GREC after class completion.

How much does the class cost?

Is this online or in-person?

Both. We offer live in-person classes at your brokerage and live online classes via video. Same GREC credit either way.
